Basic life support
Basic Life Support, Drowning, hypothermia and initial resuscitation once retrieved from the water.
Rana Din is running a session for all members on Basic Life Support.
The session will be interactive and will introduce you to basic skills that would useful in most situations should they arise.
The session is for all members with a Q&A session.
